NuAgechristians.com (“we”) is a website that allows members (“you”) to receive a variety of services, including, but not limited to, the creation of personal profiles, social networking, expert advice, content exchange, job search, private and professional messaging, music and video uploading and sharing, voice communication, chat, file transfer and other features.

User Agreement
The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of www.nuagechristians.com ("Website"), including without limitation participation in its bulletin boards, forums, personal ads, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page)
Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use the Website.  In addition to reviewing this Agreement, please read our Privacy Policy.  Your use of the Website constitutes agreement to its terms and conditions as well. To better protect your personal rights we have provided the Privacy Policy to explain our privacy practices in detail. The Privacy Policy is incorporated in these Terms by reference.

The Agreement may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page, so check back often. Continued access of the Website by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
Your failure to follow these rules, whether listed below or in bulletins posted at various points in the Website, may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Website, without notice, in addition to Service Provider's other remedies.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use NuAgechristians.com. If you are under the age of 13, do NOT use NuAgechristians.com. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have reached the age of 13. 

Your account and password
In order to use our services as a member, you will have to create an account.  When creating your account on NuAgechristians.com, you must provide true, accurate and complete personal information.  You are solely responsible for the activity occurring on your account.  You are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring your account to another party.  You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.  We will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, but you may be liable for the losses of others due to unauthorized use, which may constitute a copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property violation.

Content restrictions. 
By accepting these Terms you grant us a limited, nonexclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free license to use, distribute, publish, copy and amend any content you submit to us in connection with our services.  By submitting your content to us, you represent and warrant that such submission is accurate, is not confidential, is not in violation of copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws, of any contractual restrictions or third party rights.  We expressly do not endorse any content posted by you on NuAgechristians.com. We expressly disclaim any liability in connection with content posted by you on NuAgechristians.com. We do not permit any infringements on copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights on NuAgechristians.com, and we will remove such infringing content from NuAgechristians.com if properly notified.  You must exercise respect to others when participating in any of our features, such as chat, voice, video, forum, blog, email, file transfer or any other feature of NuAgechristians.com.

Prohibited content. Unless otherwise specified, the Website is intended for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use the Website, and you are responsible for all use of the Website by you and by those you allow to use, or provide access to, the Website. You may not impersonate, imitate or pretend to be somebody else when using the Website.
A. You may not provide to, post on or through the Website any form of secular events or secular music of any kind, graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material that constitutes junk mail, spam, advertising, and/or commercial offers. You may not repeat the same posting multiple times in a day or week.
B. You agree not to use any obscene, indecent, or offensive language or to provide to or post on or through the Website any graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material that is defamatory, abusive, bullying, harassing, racist, hateful, or violent, criminal or tortuous activity, including, but not limited to, child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, defamation, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright, trademark and patent infringement, theft of trade secrets; or if it is otherwise illegal, harmful or offensive.

Do not "cyber" or solicit another to "cyber" (participate in virtual sex) on or through the Website.
D. You may not provide to or post on or through the Website any graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material that is encrypted, invades anyone's privacy, or illustrates, references or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, federal, national or international law or regulation (e.g., drug use, underage drinking). You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and you acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil and criminal liability. Do not provide to or post on or through the Website any graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material that includes instructions for weapon and/or explosive manufacture or use. In addition, we expressly prohibit from posting such content, which is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal and racist.  You may also not post such content, which solicits funds or services, contains advertising, or includes programs that contain software impairing the functionality of any computer.  We reserve the right to remove such posted prohibited content from our website, close the account of anyone who posts such content, and take any other appropriate, including actions, including legal measures.

Following.   “Following” is a form of social networking. It is sending and receiving updates through quick and frequent messages. A follower is a person who receives your messages. You can limit the number of those who follow you by declining a person’s request to follow you. If you wish, you can also remove a person as your follower, or to block him from following you. If you are a follower, you can choose whose messages you want to receive.  Following is subject to these Terms.  If you are a follower or are following anyone, you must abide by these Terms.

Experts.  NuAgechristians.com provides a service, which allows you to find an expert in his/her area of knowledge, and to ask him/her for their advice or services, whether free of charge or for a fee. NuAgechristians.com enables you to communicate with an expert and to compensate him/her for their services, but NuAgechristians.com does not regulate the amount of such compensation.  Neither do we make any representation or warranty as to the qualifications and readiness of an expert to render his advice or services, or the adequacy and quality of his advice and services.  NuAgechristians.com does not verify the credentials and background of an expert, and does not endorse or recommend any expert. You are encouraged to independently verify the credentials and background of an expert. Any reliance by you on expert information received through the services of NuAgechristians.com is at your sole and full discretion and responsibility.  NuAgechristians.com does not warrant the effectiveness, validity or accuracy of the content provided by an expert, and will not be liable for any damages incurred by you as the result of your reliance on such content.

You agree to hold us harmless for any claim or cause of action resulting from the services of an expert, whom you accessed through NuAgechristians.com.  You agree that NuAgechristians.com assumes no responsibility for any act or omission by an expert.  You further acknowledge that no experts are employees or agents of NuAgechristians.com.  Finally, any information furnished by an expert is not intended for the solution of specific problems and is for general purpose only. The services of an expert through NuAgechristians.com cannot replace your personal meetings with him.  We do not screen or censor posted materials 24/7.  We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of truth, accuracy, reliability and completeness of members.  We do not monitor 24/7 any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within our site.  Do not send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes advertising products or services; not to delete or revise any materials posted by other persons or entities; not to collect, copy or duplicate in any manner any information available from NuAgechristians.com, without our express written consent.

Proprietary rights. You agree and understand that the content of all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, applications, advertisements, messages or other materials, which you transmit, submit, post or display on, through or in connection with NuAgechristians.com, are the property of the persons or entities, from whom such content originated.  We have no copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary interest in such content, but we have the licensing right to post such content, and, in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any such content.  The limited license does not grant us the right to sell or otherwise distribute your content outside of our services. After you remove your content from our services we will cease distribution of the content, and our license to use the content will terminate.

Fees.  If you subscribe to any service, which we offer for a charge, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due, plus pay all related taxes, and, in the event of non-payment, to reimburse us for any collection related costs and interest for any overdue amounts.

Protecting copyrights and other intellectual property:  You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on NuAgechristians.com any materials that infringe on copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.

Third party sites.  Your use of third party websites, including third party merchants, is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the applicable third party website.  We have no control over such third party websites, and the inclusion on NuAgechristians.com of a hyperlink to any third party website is not our endorsement of such website, or of any content, products or services available on it.  Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any product or service provided by any third party website should be directed to that website.

Termination and end of use.  This agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us.  You can terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use our services, deleting your account from NuAgechristians.com and disabling your applications.  We, too, can terminate this agreement at any time if we believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, or have otherwise created a legal exposure for us.  In this event, we will stop providing all or part of our services to you, and will notify you about it by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account.

Indemnity.  You agree to indemnify and hold NuAgechristians.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising from, the content you submit, post to, or transmit through, our website, through your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any legal rights of another person or entity.

Disputes.  You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute with us arising from, or related to, these Terms exclusively in a state or federal court located in Fresno County, State of California.  You agree to submit yourself to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Fresno County, State of California for the purpose of litigating all such claims.  The laws of the State of California will govern these Terms, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to the conflict of laws.

Disclaimer of warranty.  Nuagechristians.com does not warrant that it will operate an error-free website, or that Nuagechristians.com and its servers are always free of computer viruses or other harmful files.  If your use of nuagechristians.com or content results in the need for servicing or replacement of equipment or data, we are not responsible for these costs.  Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties.  We disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular use, and warranty of copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property non-infringement.  We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our content, services, software, text, graphics, and links.

Changes to the Terms.  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Legal.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuagechristians.com.  If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.  If we fail to enforce any provision of this agreement, it will not be considered a waiver of enforceability or a waiver of the provision.  These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Nuagechristians.com.  You do accept these Terms once you begin using our website.  The following Terms of Service apply to your use of this Network.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and your content on the Network and compliance with these terms.  By registering with us or using or browsing this Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.  This Network is not directed to children younger than 13 and is offered only to users 13 years of age or older.  Any person who provides their personal information through this Network represents that they are 13 years of age or older.

Monitoring We strive to provide an enjoyable online experience for our users, so we may monitor activity on the Website, including in the bulletin boards, forums, personal ads, and chats, to foster compliance with this Agreement. All users of the Website hereby specifically agree to such monitoring. Nevertheless, we do not make any warranties or guarantees that: (1) the Website, or any portion thereof, will be monitored for accuracy or unacceptable use, (2) apparent statements of fact will be authenticated, or (3) we will take any specific action (or any action at all) in the event of a dispute regarding compliance or non-compliance with this Agreement. God
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in a loving unity of three equally divine Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Having limitless knowledge and sovereign power, God has graciously purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself and to make all things new for His own glory (Matthew 28:19, John 10:30, John 16:13-15).

The Bible
We believe that God has spoken in the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, through the words of human authors. As the verbally inspired Word of God, the Bible is without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for salvation, and the ultimate authority by which every realm of human knowledge and endeavor should be judged. Therefore, it is to be believed in all that it teaches, obeyed in all that it requires, and trusted in all that it promises.  We believe the Bible is the only written Word of God; it is inspired by Him and is wholly trustworthy and authoritative (2 Timothy 3:15-16).

The Human Condition
We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted by Satan.  In union with Adam, human beings are sinners by nature and by choice, alienated from God, and under His wrath.  Only through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled and renewed.  We believe that man is justified only through God’s grace by personal repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and His shed blood (John 3:16-19, Romans 3:23-24, Romans 5:8-9, Ephesians 2:8-10, Titus 3:5).

Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, one Person in two natures. Jesus—Israel's promised Messiah—was conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father as our High Priest and Advocate.  We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:1, 14), in His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:34-35), in His miracles (John 2:11, Acts 10:38), in His vicarious and atoning death (1 Corinthians 15:3, Hebrews 2:9, Hebrews 10:10, 14), in His bodily resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:4, John 2:21-22, Luke 24:6), in His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9, Ephesians 1:20, Colossians 3:1), and in His personal future return to the earth in power and glory (Mark 13:26, Matthew 16:27).

The Work of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute the only ground for salvation.  We believe in the resurrection of all persons; those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation (John 5:28-29).  We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 12:12-13, Galatians 3:26-28).

The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit, in all that He does, glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ. He convicts the world of its guilt. He regenerates sinners, and in Him they are baptized into union with Christ and adopted as heirs in the family of God.  He also indwells, illuminates, guides, equips and empowers believers for Christ-like living and service (Romans 8:13-14, 1 Corinthians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Ephesians 4:30, Ephesians 5:18). 

The Church
We believe that the true church comprises all who have been justified by God's grace through faith alone in Christ alone. They are united by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, of which He is the Head. The true church is manifest in local churches, whose membership should be composed only of believers. The Lord Jesus mandated two ordinances, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, which visibly and tangibly express the gospel. Though they are not the means of salvation, when celebrated by the church in genuine faith, these ordinances confirm and nourish the believer.

Christian Living
We believe that God's justifying grace must not be separated from His sanctifying power and purpose. God commands us to love Him supremely and others sacrificially, and to live out our faith with care for one another, compassion toward the poor and justice for the oppressed. With God’s Word, the Spirit’s power, and fervent prayer in Christ’s name, we are to combat the spiritual forces of evil. In obedience to Christ’s commission, we are to make disciples among all people, always bearing witness to the gospel in word and deed.

Christ’s Return
We believe in the personal, bodily and premillennial return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The coming of Christ, at a time known only to God, demands constant expectancy and, as our blessed hope, motivates the believer to godly living, sacrificial service and energetic mission. 

Response and Eternal Destiny
We believe that God commands everyone everywhere to believe the gospel by turning to Him in repentance and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that God will raise the dead bodily and judge the world, assigning the unbeliever to condemnation and eternal conscious punishment and the believer to eternal blessedness and joy with the Lord in the new heaven and the new earth, to the praise of His glorious grace. Amen.

Marriage
A marriage shall be held for the union of a man and a woman, providing:
•    That the partners of the marriage shall be born again Christians and that this union of man and woman be ordained by the will of the Lord.
•    A believer in Christ shall not be yoked together with an unbeliever (2 Cor. 6:14).
•    That the procedures and ceremonies of the wedding shall be performed in such a way that they do not contradict the truth of the Bible nor the local and national laws. 
•    The Bible is the final authority for both belief and behavior.
•    Sexual relationship between a man and a woman, and not between people of the same sex.

In the context of a loving, caring, non-judgmental way - Jesus always gave the truth in love. The Christian should have Christ's love, humility and compassion for those caught up in homosexuality, without compromising the God-given principles in scripture. Homosexuals, like any other sector of society are to be welcomed into God's church. Here we all strive to understand God's way for man, and try to adhere to His word in the Bible. Here we all acknowledge the need for repentance, the saving grace of Jesus and the new life He offers through His death and resurrection. But someone openly flouting God's word within His church (on homosexuality or any other issue) should not hold a position of authority or ministry within the church (1 Tim 3.1-14).

Binding effect:  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between We and You, and apply to your use of our services.  By using our services you agree to be bound by this agreement.  You are authorized to use our services only if you agree to abide by the provisions of this agreement. In consideration for using our services, you must indicate your acceptance of this agreement during the registration process.  By using NuAgechristians.com, and any other website or feature available through NuAgechristians.com, or any information provided as part of our services, and by your acceptance of this agreement, you become legally and individually bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, do NOT accept this agreement and do NOT use NuAgechristians.com, its information and services.
